Return Policy We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at yusuftaflan11@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Our team will provide instructions on the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use.

  • Return requests made beyond the 30-day window.

  • Clearance items or batches explicitly marked as "Final Sale."
